 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING across India on all prepaid orders.

International Shipping
For orders outside India, shipping charges will apply and are calculated based on weight. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

Customs & Duties

       International orders may attract import duties, taxes, or customs charges based on your country’s policies. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid at delivery.

       We recommend checking local regulations before ordering, as we cannot process returns or cancellations for international shipments.

       If customs fees remain unpaid or the order is refused, Ordinaree will not be liable for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

        Dispatch Timelines

       Each Ordinaree outfit is made with love, so please allow 10-12 working days for dispatch of domestic articles & 15-20 working days for international orders.

       During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen situations (like heavy rains, political unrest or public curfews), dispatch may take an extra 10-15 days. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed via email or phone.

Receiving Your Order
To ensure your order reaches you safely:

       Record an unboxing video and click time-stamped photos within 24 hours of delivery.

       If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Instead, capture photos & a video and email them to us with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

Order Tracking
Once your order clears quality checks and is packed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners. You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email so you can monitor your order anytime.

We proudly ship worldwide. Eligibility can be checked during checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

       Orders (Prepaid or COD) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We’ve made payments easy and secure:

       Credit/Debit Cards: All major cards accepted

       Net Banking

       UPI & eWallets

       Payment Gateways: PayU

       For domestic orders: COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000.

       For international orders: Prepaid only. We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Amex.

       Credit Notes: Issued via email, valid for 30 days, and can be applied once on our official website.
