Cancellation & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Accuracy and Quality Checks:

At Ordinaree, we ensure every product is listed accurately and passes multiple quality checks so it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchange Eligibility:

Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept exchange requests for colour differences or fabric material variations.

Exchange Process:

  • Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery at care@ordinaree.com or call on +91-7976174704. You can also reach out to us on Instagram.

  • Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹200 per product will be charged.

  • Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, we will provide the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use a reliable courier service as Ordinaree will not be responsible for any loss during transit.

  • Reverse Pickup: Pick up from our team will be generated within 48-72 hrs of raising the request.

  • Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the requested size within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellations:

  • Prepaid and COD Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

Ordinaree Cancellations:

  • Reasons: Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.

  • Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

Cancellation Charges:

  • Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% deduction (payment gateway fees).

Credit Note Validity:

  • Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 30 days. A processing fees of 250 rs will be deducted as transaction fee.

REFUND POLICY

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.

  • Sale Items: Products marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
